With the Subtitle Creator you can create the subtitle /caption code for flash video files (FLV) online. For your translations different formats are supported, like timed text (xml), video.google, subrip, subviewer20...
You can either put the URL of your file here or the URL of the web page were the FLV file is linked.

You donīt have to create the subtitles / captions in one run. you can save them in a text-file and import them in your next run, to translate.
notice:
it`s not possible to scrub/search between keyframes of a FLV file. the subtitle creator simulates scrubbing, what is acceptable if your FLV has at least one keyframe every 3 seconds. best scrubbing can be reached with one keyframe per second.
